Our mobile setup needs roughly 10x15 feet for the canopy plus about 4x9 feet for the oven trailer, and vehicle access to the setup area. We bring our own oven, equipment, and staff and handle setup and cleanup. We'll coordinate placement with your venue ahead of time.
