We use a handmade Italian oven and carefully selected ingredients, including fresh mozzarella that we make by hand and pepperoni from Salumeria Biellese, a century-old New York salumeria. By default, all of our pizzas are vegetarian, and we have multiple vegan options. Regular Meat options are available upon request. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice.
